Mom is still enforcing the no solids rule, although there was a bit of slack, I had soft Rice vermicelli for breakfast and flat noodles or Kway Teow (Not the fried variation of course!). Mediocre at best considering I had better stuff to eat in the Past (As in two days ago...) I almost rotted until I decided to go to Bedok interchange to meet up with my friend. (He is as notorious as Betty Page in my Level, but quite normal.) After meeting up, we went up to some LAN shop next Macdonalds (The one below the former Princess cinema.)
It was then where I finally got to play Left 4 Dead (PC)! It is so freaking awesome, unlike other Zombie FPSes where you have Zombies limping or shuffling towards you, this time they rush at you like 100 Younger Sisters (Mine not yours, so no accusations!) for Winx Club DVDs. It was so exhilarating and I did not die in the first level. Man! That felt good. It was worth the $4 I spent for 2 hours.
Unfortunately I was NOT supposed play it over there. (My pals told me that the game can be played over there.), my Mom allowed for it but my Dad did not (When one of my parents said no, you follow the more negative answer.) "After your O'levels...", that became a Catchphrase of my schoolmate Firdaus, whenever he wanted me to go play with him and I refused. ("After your O'levels son..." with sarcasm.) I just could not understand, my Dad was afraid that I would run into Bad Company, I respect that, and people should respect a decision made for the well being of one's Children.
But hey, I am mature enough and I always went with friends (Fine, I did go for a few times before I told my Dad.).Unfortunately like many I know, I have Protective (Not over protective though) Parents. I will just have to make do with what my freedoms allow for me...my PC and 360 (I HATE achievements!).
Wait a minute, why did I type that in the first place, never mind, I've got to eat my dinner, Urgh!
